There are only 3 more days until our 4th Annual Shamrock Shuffle! And things are getting exciting here at the Cheshire Children's Museum. So far, we have over 90+ runners and walkers signed up and ready to go shuffle, and are on track to hit the event goal of $30,000! Isn’t that amazing? It’s safe to say this event is shaping up to be the largest events to date! This is why we wanted to give the community a little foresight into what is planned for the day of.
Food! Everyone Loves Yummy Snacks!
When it comes to an event, everyone loves to grab a bite to eat. To help curb your appetites, the Cheshire Children’s Museum will be selling hot dogs, popcorn, coffee, hot cocoa and baked goods throughout the day. Alongside us, Simply Charming Cupcakes will be selling their incredible cupcakes.
But that's not all!
Runners and walkers will have complementary fresh fruit, water and granola bars when they return from the 5k.
Activities! The Shuffle Much More Than Just A 5k!
That's right! We're going to have SO MUCH more than just the 5k running (get it?) during the event. So what's in store? At the courtyard outside there will be tents set-up with face painting, balloon animals and games.
The amazing folks behind Radio 103.7 will be on-air for a live broadcast, and they will be playing music for all to sing and dance along to. They will also be hosting a FREE Giveaway!
There will be 6 vendor tents, each ran by our premium partners, (Savings Bank of Walpole, Fenton Family Dealerships, Finley Construction, C&S Grocers). Each will be set-up with additional activities for children and families!
The Cheshire Children’s Museum will also be open, offering a special “maker space” and activities.
Our local Keene Lions Club will be conducting free eye screenings for children.
Moco Arts will be teaching friends how to do the “Shamrock Shuffle”
And there will be raffles! A number of Shamrock themed raffle baskets valuing over $500 each will up for grabs. (You must be present to win).

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated and helped to make this possible. It’s amazing to see people willing to support the museum and provide an environment where children can play to learn, explore with curiosity and imagine anything is possible!
