OCTOBER 7- Anne Frank – An Indestructible Voice by presenter Tom White, Coordinator of Educational Outreach for the Cohen Center for Holocaust Studies at Keene State College at Cheshire Children's Museum in Keene, NH at 5:00. This presentation frames Anne’s Frank’s voice and experiences within the historical context of her life with special attention given to her father and childhood best friend. Appropriate for all ages. LIVE THEATER PERFORMANCES - 10 - 15 minute monologues will be performed each weekend at 1:00, and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 11:00. Listen while Anne Frank discusses her diary, hear from the U.S. Marshal that escorted Ruby on her famous walk to school and many others. There are 7 performances in all, call the museum to hear daily schedule.
AIDS QUILT ON DISPLAY WITH ONE OF RYAN'S SQUARES - A panel from the AIDS quilt that includes a square dedicated to Ryan White will be on display between October 4th and 10th.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT MOVIES AT KEENE PUBLIC LIBRARY - at 7:00 PM the library shows a free movie to the public highlighting the stories of Anne Frank, Ruby Bridges and Ryan White.
