Hi, my name is Alexa Plews and I am the Executive Director of the Cheshire Children's Museum. I am a New Hampshire native, growing up in Jaffrey and moving to Keene in 2007. For the past 16 years, I've worked with children and families as an educator, childcare provider and my most important role, as a mom of young children. When I am not floating around the museum chatting with guests or playing in the boat, you can find me out in nature. I enjoy spending sunny days at the ocean, and rainy days creating art with my family.  Come stop by and say hello!

Hi, my name is Sara Ladzinski. I am the program coordinator at the Cheshire Children’s Museum. I love seeing the joy and excitement in children and families’ faces when they ply and engage in the various activities happening here at the museum. Having been a teacher for more than 10 years, planning story and craft times on Thursdays is one of my favorite things to do at the museum. If I’m not here planning and making fun activities happen, I love to be outside hiking, biking or paddling in the great NH outdoors.

Hello my name is Eliza Komisar and I am the social media coordinator and museum support! I love helping get the word out about all of the amazing programs and events we have going on at the museum or, for those who’ve never heard of us, that we are here! Being a part of the Cheshire Children’s Museum means that I get to spend time working directly with the community and its youngest members. When I am not at the museum, I am reading, writing or spending time with my cat

Howdy, my name is Lisa Murphy. I am one of the many friendly faces you see when you enter through our doors here at the museum. I am a keeper of magic here at the CCM. I make sure everything is running smoothly, from the exhibits to memberships, to helping out with activities, and all of the miscellaneous fun things that go into the upkeep of the museum. My favorite part of my days here is watching kids play, explore, and laugh. There is nothing better than watching a child be in a place of pure joy. When I am not at the museum I enjoy hiking, solitude in nature, and writing poetry, children’s books and inspirational quotes.
