Deb Ganley – Executive Director
Until September 2009 she was the Executive Director of Keene Montessori School. Throughout her career, Deb has been dedicated to education. As a certified teacher, she taught at middle school and elementary levels as well as designed and implemented a program for gifted students. As an insurance company executive, Deb developed training programs and organized and led educational workshops. She brings proven business leadership and organizational skills as well as a passion for educating children. Her own education includes a B.A. in Economics/Business, an MBA, and current elementary education teaching certification. Volunteer efforts have included Cedarcrest, local schools, and the United Way. She lives in Keene with her husband and 2 children.
Melanie Migneault - President
Melanie is a lifelong resident of the Keene area. She works alongside her husband who owns a financial planning firm in Keene. She is a registered staff member holding both the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and is a Property/Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health Insurance Agent. Melanie is a former board member of Keene Montessori School. She lives in Chesterfield with her husband and two sons.
Vicki Ridings - Vice President
Vicki and her family have lived in Keene for eight years after relocating from New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on News, and has worked for small newspapers as well as a monthly arts magazine in Northeast Ohio. For six years, she was a Public Relations Specialist for the City of Cleveland Heights in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and later worked as a freelance writer for Ortec Logistics in Atlanta, Georgia. Vicki has served as a PTA member of Jonathan Daniels Elementary School and currently volunteers at St. Joseph Regional School. She and her husband have two sons.
Amy McIntyre - Treasurer
Amy has lived in Keene for sixteen years, and is Managing Director of the Association for the Study of Literature and Environment (ASLE), a nonprofit environmental humanities organization with international scope. She previously worked in administration at the Children’s Museum of Portsmouth (now Children’s Museum of New Hampshire), and with the Monadnock Institute for Nature Place and Culture and New England Center for Civic Life at Franklin Pierce University. She and her husband have two children.
Jen brings over 14 years of Marketing, Communication and Public Relations experience to the board. Jen is a native to Walpole, NH and holds a Bachelors from Keene State College. In addition to the Children's Museum Jen is active in the Symond's School PTA, and a member of the Public Relations Society of America Yankee Chapter. Jen lives in Keene with her husband and two children.
Marni is an archaeologist with excavation and historical research experience in New England. She has a Ph.D. in archaeology and heritage management from Boston University and a B.A. in writing from Carnegie Mellon University. Previously, she worked as and editor for the Archaeological Institute of American and the Journal of Field Archaeology. She has been involved in several cultural nonprofit organizations, and one of her main interests is raising awareness about local and world heritage. Marni lives in Westmoreland with her husband and two daughters.
Troy is a Nurse and IT Training Specialist for Dartmouth Hitchcock's electronic medical record system (eD-H). He has lived locally for his entire life and really enjoys this area. He is very involved in the local community. He views the education of children as a top priority, which sparked his interest in being part of the Cheshire Children's Museum. he lives in Swanzey with his wife and two daughters.
